Support Center – The best support center I have ever experienced. No matter what they will listen to you with prompt response. I remember when I had completed an offer; my account did not receive Nanas. Under the reward tab scroll down to see help button. You then go to the help screen, fill out a form selecting missing Nanas and how many of them. The very next day my account received those missing Nanas. They resolved my query within few hours.
